Refund policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you make from this site simply  email us within 14 days from receipt of the goods. 

You will be required to return the unwanted item(s) to us via post. Once these returned items have been received, we will post your replacement, or issue your refund.

Return freight will be at Ashy Anne's  cost only when there has been an error on our part. If the error is ours we will cover freight charges for the return of goods.

Of course, Ashy Anne  is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974)
